My sister went to small hoapitial and given blood test there tsh level is 6.75 in the record.but again a day after they went to apollo and given test. there it is 4.7 . they said that she is having biotin deficiency and that is the reason for dissiness .does tsh 4.7 indicates normal or hypothyroid??
