Feeling detached from body
I recently did a annual health check up and found few values are above normal limit. I checked with multiple doctors and they said its fine and nothing to worry much about it but from that time i am feeling too much worried. All the things that happen to me i keep relating it to the symptoms. Now i am feeling like i am detached from my body. I feel a flying sensation. I feel i am not in the present moment. Is this psychological issue? How to come out of it?
