Feel something stiken in my lower throat

Since 2days I feel something stricken in my throat.usually at bed time.i couldn't sleep properly .I am a mother of 6month old baby, delivered through cesarean section.during my pregnancy I had heart burn.today I try to cough for clearing my throat some blood stains came out.what I can do for it?is it gerd?
