Hello, There are various lesions that can develop in the mouth because of tobacco related habits.You should see an Oral medicine specialist ASAP.

Going by the description that you have mentioned it seems you have symptoms of Oral Submucous Fibrosis. Although this is just a tentative opinion based on the description that you have mentioned and without a look at the clinical condition of your mouth. Smokeless tobacco and arecanut are the commonest causative agents for this. So the first thing for you to do is to quit the Habit immediately because you realise that it is harmful and has started to show its destructive action. Then you should consult an oral pathologist for an appropriate diagnosis so that the right treatment can be instituted based on that. Regards.
