Feel shaky like earthquke
I feel as if my lower body is shaking when I stay at my home in evening. I feel like that when I am in still position, specially sitting still.
I feel as if there is earthquake but nothing happens. I am feeling like that since a month daily in evening.

That may be coz of upper cervical dysfunction or vertebral basillar insufficiency...
You can go for physiotherapy mainly for Applys maneuver and Mulligan manual mobilisation of cervical vertebrae.
