Feel pressure inside head
Have a regular blood pressure hike of 131/91 from past some months and it feels like a pressure inside my head , as if blood something is giving pressure from inside

Hi
your symptoms may be due to stress and anxiety leading to tension headache which lasts for half hour to few hours generally..hydrate yourself,have good sleep,food at regular intervals...practice yoga...consult neurologist to rule out any underlying causes
