For the last two days I've not felt hungry and I'm feeling a bit dizzy!not had proper motion and I feel like vomiting but I can't.

Plz share if u have any other issues like fever, shivering,pain in Stomach,burning pain during urination, pain at anus during or after defection. Is food u had n started this issue?? Any way consult ayurved dr, till U can have pop Rice/corn pomogranate/ pine apple juice
