Feel cold and shivery
I feel cold and shivery even when the outside temperature is not low and I think I am going through a depression of some sort and I am not able to clear my mind and there is this sunken feeling inside my heart

One of the things to do is to get your thyroid levels checked and also your B12 and Vit D levels checked. Sometimes these deficiencies can cause this feeling of cold. In addition I would recommend visiting a psychiatrist with these reports if possible so that you can get evaluated and if needed the appropriate treatment can be started.
