Hi, Thanks for reaching out.
We can understand how difficult it can get with excessive stress and anger, but medication is not the solution for it. There are no medicines that can control anger and stress permanently, they only provide temporary relief. There are a number of ways in which we can manage stress and anger, which can be really beneficial in the long run. Here are some of the strategies which might be useful for it,
Write it out, Writing is a simple and effective technique to process and release tough feelings. Studies have indicated that expressive writing can help those who have a tendency to brood and ruminate reduce their depressive symptoms.
Get physical, Physical activity is one of the most effective ways to relieve tension. Not only will it distract you from your worries, but it will also increase levels of the feel-good chemical serotonin in your brain.
Meditate, Everyone from Oprah to Sting appears to be promoting the stress-relieving advantages of meditation and mindfulness, and with good cause. A focus on the present moment is an important component of meditation. It's much simpler to let go of negative feelings associated with these things when you actively focus on the current moment and gently discourage your mind from fixating on past occurrences or future anxieties.
Change perspective, If you consider a circumstance to be a "threat," your emotional (and thus bodily) response will be different than if you consider it to be a "challenge." Take a different perspective and try some cognitive restructuring instead of concentrating on the bad. âThis is frustrating, but it isn't the end of the world,â say to your negative thoughts. Getting furious isn't going to help you.â
Self medication is never a good idea, it is best to consult a professional to get the proper assistance and medication if needed. We would highly recommend you to approach a professional counsellor/mental health practitioner who would be able to guide you through in a safe and non-judgemental manner. It is perfectly okay to seek out professional help from mental health practitioners from organisations or independent set ups.

Hi... Please consult a Psychiatrist if you are seeking Medication for your condition. Do take medications only under medical supervision.
Although, the conditions (anger/stress) you have mentioned are usually dealt with Psychotherapy/Counselling first and medication is introduced only where it is absolutely necessary.
Remember, our body (including our brain) adapts to external substances (including anti-anxiety/anti-depressant medication). So unless the root of your anger and stress is addressed, taking medicines won't help you for a long time.
Next Steps
Start taking Counselling Sessions from a Psychologist. If you have already tried it and it didn't help. Try another professional (Psychologist). Do not drop or switch the treatment because you didn't got desired result from a professional.
For Anger and Stress, Counselling will be ideal than looking for medicines..
By knowing how to handle people and situations, you can overcome this issue..
