Feaver since last 20 Days with cough Covid report is negative. Taking as prescribed medicine. Very weak not able to stand and sit due to weakness.

20 days fever suggests pnuemonia Get  a hrct done Negative report doesn't mean you are covid free or you are perfectly fine Various other tests need to be done to check for inflammation

You Should do blood investigations CBC ESR Chest x ray PA view Sputum examination for Acid fast bacilli / gram stain/ cultures Take trial of antibiotics ( covering typical and atypical infections) Possibility of pneumonia or Tb

It could be RTPCR negative Covid Pneumonia. Have you done an HRCT Thorax and some blood tests?? What medications have you taken? Check oxygen saturation.
Next Steps
Would suggest you to do CBC, CRP, D-Dimer, HRCT thorax.

Continue with your prescription Make sure you consume plenty if fluids ( can add on electral ) And a good nutritions diet ( high in protein )
