So one day I decided to implement new habits and designed my life that how it should look like but everytime I do effort it makes me stop and feel like, I'm on the same place where I started and nothing is going good for me bcoz whenever I implement a new thing like Public Speaking in a community I start keep on giving excuse to get escape from it so that is what the problems I'm facing and not clear how to plan based upon practicality and implement it as I think and one more thing that I spended my most of the past at home so I feel uncomfortable to go out, even on near by my road and I makes me feel like I'm stuck and always stuck, so this are the few points that I remember and think that I should find a real solution by consulting with an expert in it, so if any suggestion that what should I do on this or will the consultation be good or bad for me?
