Asked for Male, 28 Years

Can some one please advise. I had sex with a unknown lady on July 18 whose HIV status is unknown. It was a protected sex. Later I started fearing of HIV and started looking for symptoms in net. I tested on 28 th day and it was 0.13 non reactive. Am feeling tired, lymph nodes under jaw are slightly swollen and paining, along with that my facial bones are paining with mild head ache.fell joint pains.some mosquito bite kind of rashes in biceps. Are these symptoms of HIV to me ? What is the possibility of getting HIV on my situation, because it was a protected sex and no bursting of condom too. Pls advise.
