Hello,
Kindly think this logically rather then letting fear control you, have a second opinion from a cardiologist? Do you have a family history of cardiac problems ?
If necessary get an echo done. Eat healthy, maintain healthy life style.
You will be alright.

Hi,
Don't worry, if there is a problem then we need to find a solution rather worry about it. For every problem there is a solution.
Consult another cardiologist in your place and take a second opinion, this will help you in finding a solution, if there is a problem.
Meanwhile learn some relaxation techniques like
Slow breathing exercise
Progressive muscle relaxation technique
Yoga and meditation
Good sleep hygiene
Hi Firstly speak to the cardiologist and clear all the doubts regarding the ecg finding. Sometimes the fear can be out of proportion to the actual problem. Do consult a psychiatrist for therapy and any medications for phobia if required
