Fear of losing eyesight
Helow docs.. i am highly myopic in one eye and less myopic in the other. recently i have undergone refractive surgery for the high myopic eye. everything is fine and i am under regular treatment since childhood. but i always fear the risks associated with this kind of eye condition and think that i might get them and in future i will go blind. i always remain in deep anxiety and tension over this. how to overcome this???

Hello . There is some or the other risk in each ones life . Each one is fighting some or the other battle . I understand your fear and anxiety but that lot going to change anything from happening . Relax and lead a normal life . Think of today .

Stop thinking negative and saying negative words about your fear . When you speak something ? You attract that situation . If you talk too much in a negative pattern about the fear that you have about the eye, the chances are you will have to face what you are wanting to avoid and fear .
