Fear of having a heart problem
I am 25 years old male from India. I have been suffering from fear of having a heart problem, particularly heart attack for more than a year now. I had all my tests (blood test and ECG) done 2 months back which came back normal. Doctors said it's just my anxiety.
At present I am having lower back pain and vomiting sensations. Do I need to worry?
