Fatty liver, vesculitis

I have seminal vasculitis infection for which I am having spemax allopathic medicine with pan d for gas. I also have Grade 1 non alcoholic fatty liver and gas formation, and for which I would like to have Ayurvedic medicine and someone adviced me to have hingashtak Churan with ghee and liv 52 Syrup. Is it ok, please advise.
Please help me on health diet suitable for my problem.

They are good medicines for your problem
Incresre fibrous diet
Drink plenty of water
Brisk walking for 30 min in morning
