Ultrasound report shows the following: 1. Mild fatty infiltration of liver 2. Multiple anterior abdominal wall lipomas in the subcutaneous plane Liver profile shows: 1. Bilirubin, Total - 1.58 mg/ dL 2. SGPT - 57 U/L 3. SGOT - 36 U/L Weekly alcohol intake only once, no longer a smoker. Kindly suggest how to get liver back to normal state, preferably home remedies.

Loose weight..complete abstinence from alcohol Exercise and low fat diet...will revert back the changes

Hello.... Your liver enzymes are not elevated, and mild fatty liver is common in alcoholic patients. You have to give up liquor to prevent further progression of fatty liver... Report says you have multiple anterior abdominal wall lipoma.. I But not mentioned number. Consult general surgeon.
