I can understand your concern.
you need to make some lifestyle changes.
avoid oily and spicy foods, drink lots of water, have small and frequent meals rather than 3 huge meals. have a high protein and high fibre diet.
avoid smoking and alcohol intake. avoid eating too late. there must be at least 2 -3 hours gap between your meals and sleep.
cap. pan-l once a day half an hour before food and tab. liv 52 ds twice a day after food for a month.
