Fatigue, headache and night fever.
I feel pain in left side of chest sometimes, I also feel pain in the left arm and it's very cold at that time. I have headaches but for short period of time. I can't resist horns, traffic noise etc it gives me headache and dizziness. On pressing right side of temple, the whole right side of head aches. I also suffer from fever while I am asleep during night.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for 10 days.
Drink plenty of fluids.
