Fatigue and weakness
Hello doc,everyday and especially in the evening, before bed am feeling weakness and light headedness and when I drink electrolytes water then after 15 min my weakness come down and feeled some better. My sugar levels are normal. What's the reason why am feeling like this every day??? What should I do ??? Please help...

Towards the end of the day you    Tend to get dehydrated.so take plenty of fluids during the day. Fluids like tender coconut, fruit juices, butter milk ect will help. Also take about 4-5 lts of 💦
