Fatigue and exertion
I had fever on thursday (22.10.20). It was max. 100.3 and it was only for that one day. Then i felt cold and chills on 25th night and got cold. After that my sound also changed as it happens during flu. I feel very tired and not able to do my work with that much of energy. I feel lethargic. I don't feel like doing anything. I feel tired all the time.
What should i do? What can be the cause of all this?

It's looks like a viral infection.
So take plenty of water and adequate rest.
Do COVID test and complete blood count,liver function tests and blood sugar levels..
Take paracetamol for fever and bodypain..
Multi vitamins also
