Father has fallen down

My Father is 66 year old, he is a sugar patient,heart patient has undergone angioplasty in 2013 , all the lab test has revealed that everything is normal, he does excercise to keep himself healthy and yesterday he because of hectic schedule he slept late around 1030 in night and also in morning he reported that while sittimg on the bed he has suudenly fallen down and he doesnt know it was for how much time
