Fat belly after delivery of child
I have two kids, who were 5 and 4 years respectively. After my delivery I didn't do anything to anything to reduce my stomach since I was not aware of it. Hence my belly remains fat. Nowadays it shows me as a pregnent lady. Can you please give me a solution to reduce my belly

Hi., Thanku for writing into practo. Belly fat is normal,but too much can affect your health. Keys to control belly fat: 1.Exercise:Do at least 30mins of moderate exercise. Walking counts as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder. 2.Diet: There is no magic diet for belly fat,but when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3.Sleep:Getting right amount of shut eye helps but day sleep is not advisable 4.Stress:Everyone has stress,how you handle it matters. Medication: 1.Tab obesidat-1tab twice a day before food 2.Avipattikara churna-1/2tsp with warm water in empty stomach in the morning and bedtime in the night 3.Regularly do massage with Utsadana powder for 10-15mins before bath will helps to reduce belly fat.
