Fasting sugar is bit high

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I am having diabetic from couple of years, I used to go for check ups in Andhra but as I am busy now a days not going there, last time doctor suggested Synopndem after breakfast but not given any medicine night, but from past few days when I checked before breakfast my sugar levels are 122 and 155 so I need suggestion.
