Fast breathing.
There is evidence of peribrocheal cuffing with reticular opacities in both the middile and lower lung zones...main problem is fast breathing..

Will have to rule out interstitial lung disease esp sarcoidosis. Please get yourself checked at the earliest by a pulmonologist.
