Fainted during Urination at 03:00am
I fainted after feeling nausea during urination. I got my ECG and EEG done which is normal. I got CT Brain done which has everything normal but just one thing highlighted that 'LEFT ICA APPEAR HYPERDENSE' What does that mean?
Also I will get my RBS test done tomorrow. All BP and other parameters are normal as of now. Do I need to go for MRI brain?

It's a vaso vagal micturition syncope. For evaluation you need to get an echocardiography and CT angio of brain.
