Fainted dont know wt happen

My name is moksh and normal physic today i suddenly when i was in metro i started felling of nausea and dizziness after that few minutes i fell on floor unconscious for few seconds and my mouth was cold from inside Dont know what happen.. Pls respond. And i was also trouble in breating.

Hello Vellore I would suggest you to meet a physician so that we can examine you about the blood pressure and the blood sugar levels and sometimes in a crowded place like a metro station it's quite possible that you felt dizzy because of the low oxygen levels so please meet a doctor for further evaluation thank you
