Fainted After Exercise - Running
Hello doctors, I'm 28 years old and have not medical issues till now or not taking any medication. I go to gym everyday and Today I was running in treadmill for 20 minutes and when I finished running, I step down of the treadmill and my heart beat was high as usual but I felt the feeling of urge for vomiting and suddenly I blacked out, fainted and fell down but just for 5-10 seconds. Immediately I regained consciousness but was bit confused for next 30 seconds . Then everything became normal. But it did upset me. So I stopped workout and came home. Should I be worried about this or seek medical attention? Please advise. Thank you in advance.
