So first you have given ovulation induction.
If you have uterine septum than it should be removed before starting ovulation study.
Well if septum is removed now than check endometrial thickness thru your gynecologist.
Follow properly Medicines as if oral Medicines are not helpful than only switch over to injectable medicines.
Check out if your follicle is mature and endometrial thickness is optimum.
