I have a lot of dark circles . I have been told by the doctors that i have bronchitis so i have less oxygen in my body and so i have these dark circles. Moreover i have a lot of facial hair all over my face. I also have pigmentation on the sides of forehead

You need to get a harmonal profile done first and Hb checked or else you can consult a skin doctor to examine you
