Facial hyperhidrosis can have multiple underlying reasons which need to be assessed and tested for to better understand if there is any underlying condition aggravating your situation. Permanent cure would depend upon the underlying reason and addressing that situation accordingly. However in some cases patients have an innocent tendency to sweat more in certain areas of the body in which case treatment would have to be continued to maintain decreased sweating locally and a permanent cure might be difficult.
