Facial hair& Gynecomastia

Dear Doctor, I m 30yrs guy (unmarried - planning to get marry soon.)I have less facial hairs (moustache n beard) which is not luks dark .I had a Gynecomastia frm many years but 2.5 yrs bak I had undergone cosmetic surgery n m fine now. In 2014 I tested Testosterone level report is attached for ur reference. Sumtym i hav experienced Erection problem too..I feel lyk I m having hormonal imbalance due to dis m facing all dis problems. Bcoz of dis I feel somwht embarrassed n depressed . Kindly suggest me what i shud i do..r let me whom to consult. .m expecting Quick results without side effects
