Face turns reddish
Whenever I try to laugh a lot..suddenly my face turns reddish and I get a small itching sensation on my face...ears turn red...face also becomes reddish...start feeling warm and starts to itch

This could be simple blushing which is physiological and you might be very fair in complexion. It can also be seen in people who are photosensitive where uv radiation can trigger reddness. These days steroid abuse over face is another cause for reddness . Get examined by a dermatologist.
