My age is 18 and i have pimples for almost 3 years. Sometimes i have less and sometimes i have cystic acne and pimples.i have many marks left from pimples... I really have not much time to go to any skin specialist.... I have three big swollen pimples right now..
Can u plz suggest me something to remove pimples and marks.... And how to stop them from coming

You can avoid getting pimples by washing ur face 3 to 4 times in a day.By eating less sweets,chocolates,fried food as all these increase pimples.visit a homoeopath personally n take proper treatment fr existing pimples n marks.

Getting pimples n acne is common at ur age.
Keep the skin clean
Avoid harsh soaps. Dandruff is also a reason for pimples on forehead. Maintain hygiene.
Drink more fluids
