Face hyperpigmentation
I have pigmentation and dark spots all over my face. I 'm dealing with this problem from past 11 yrs. I have consulted many doctors but conditions are getting more worse. Because of the various treatment I have developed with facial hairs and boils, spots on my body as well. I have done treatments like fruits and chemical peels on my face. But the effect is temprarory which fails as I stop using the creams. I want permanent cure for this problem of mine. I have done everything whaterver up till doctors suggested me, but there is no effect on me. Should I go for laser treatment? I just dont know how and when will I be cured? What should I do? Please help me.

Hello
Your problem sounds complex and following things need to be ruled out and examined because making a plan or deciding what is right or wrong. We need to rule out if pigmentation is deep or superficial secondly how much sun exposure you have and how particular you are to use your sunscreen.
Because you need to apply a good sunscreen and reapply every 4 hours for any benefit..
