Face discoloration
I am taking homeopathic medicines from a reputed homeopath for the last five months for face discoloration ( post inflammatory hyperpigmentation) on both cheeks caused due to application of tretinoin (retin a micro). I had applied retin a micro for acne scar treatment. No appreciable effect is there on discoloration even after 5 months of religiously taking homeopathic medicines. What should I do? Should I stop the medicines or continue it for more months. Kindly suggest.

Tretinoin never causes pigmentation. It can cause irritation. I don't think you have been diagnosed well. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
