So i just finally found out the exact problem i am having after my relex smile surgery after 4 months my vision in left eye is like 6/6 does not bother me but in left eye have problem like of seeing white letters on black background they aren't completely double vision just slightly very minute but in right eye they are double a lil more than right eye this problem doesn't bother me during day but in night and artificial light it's bothersome my glares and haloes went away like they were very much but after using preservative free drops there is a change so the part left is this Ghosting and the other problem i face is light coming from window it bends around edges (this problem wasn't after surgery it cane like 20 days later) so my idea irregular astigmatism can be cured only by hard contacts can prism glasses help me with Ghosting amd after getting good Sclerals fitted can they help

You 1st get your refraction done and if there is really substantial number and correctable by glasses or contact lenses then you may use toric soft contact lenses even.

Hard contact lenses will help with irregular astigmatism which may be responsible for some of your symptoms of ghost images. no role of prisms
