Eyes pain or headache pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

From January 3 I have cold flu and afterwards I have severe headache pain either left or right and nausea vommit also and then I have been a check to physician he told X-ray sinus and when I feel good I have vision problems. When I go for sleep in afternoon when I wake up I feel something round round I feel body is not working eyes pain face pain I hear silence silence so is there migraine or something like brain problems and I have something stuck in neck.
