Eyes getting smaller

Due to years of using spectacles my eyes are getting smaller n smaller. Is der anything which vil help in increasing the size of the eyes sockets.

hey its due to accomadative effort made by sorrounding muscles of eye , take off spectacles and relax for 5 min ,wear contact lens if possible
