Sir whenever I go to out side from house in sunlight I see blush black dot after remaining there some time it goes off basically my eye is not able to adopt light instantly.what should I do is it corneal problem

It is a normal physiological phenomenon as light and dark adaptation takes time. It is not instantaneous in any case. The intensity differential is also an important factor.
