Eye Twitching
For the past one month, I'm having my left eye twitching. Since there are lot of myths about this, I'm more concerned about the medical side of this. I would like to know the possible reason and how i can get rid of this naturally. Kindly advise. Thank you in advance.

Twitching of lids occur usually due to dryness or nutritional defficiencyor exposure to sun or mental stress or sleeplessness etc Please identify the cause and follow accordingly.

You could be having severe dryness.... We need to see for any papillary reaction too... The other reason is blepharospasm.... We need to do few tests like schirmer test tear osmolarity aesthesiometry As of now please use anti reflective anti glare glasses during prolong laptop view... Blink regularly during that time Use blue filter during mobile viewing Use refresh 0.5% eye drops for now and see if your problem can be solved
