For the past one month, I'm having my left eye twitching. Since there are lot of myths about this, I'm more concerned about the medical side of this. I would like to know the possible reason and how i can get rid of this naturally. Kindly advise. Thank you in advance.

Twitching of lids occur usually due to dryness or nutritional defficiencyor exposure to sun or mental stress or sleeplessness etc
