My eyes feels stressed and burning in evening. I am IT professional so most of my work is with computer. Everyday during evening I am unable to open my eyes. Also feels like some foreign particles in my eyes. I checked my thyroid, bp, sugar and everything normal. Doctors prescribed tear drops but it doesnt seem effective. Any permanent solution to this problem.

Foreign body sensation burning is sign of dryness (computer Vision syndrome) because you don't know how to work on computer for long hours without giving any trouble to your eye. When working on computer  number of blinking goes down from around 24per minute to around 8 minute causing severe dryness causing all these problems. One should try to have normal blinking while working on computer & should use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times regularly (Refresh liquigel),with regards
