Eye sight curing
I have eye sight power of -0.25 sph in left eye and -0.50 sph in right eye ? Is it mandatory to use glasses? If glasses are jot used will sight increase? Any chance of curing it to normal?

Not mandatory. Wear glasses if you feel problems like blurring or eye strain. The spectacle power is likely to persist whether you wear glasses or not. We can’t make it zero.

A. Power usually does not increase at this age
B. Power is small...you can avoid them if there is no headache or visual symptom
