I think you are talking about solar retinopathy It will take 3 to 5 months to get back to normal vision like prior Please start Tablet vesoret one time a day for 1 month Refresh eye drops one drop 2 times a day Please avoid seeing mobile phone with more brightness Use shades when going out during morning times
