Asked for Female, 15 Years

I have red eyes. My left eye is really red when I wake up and I use eye drops in the morning and afternoon. When I wake up my eye is red all over again. My right eye is kinda red. My eye hurts in the morning when I see light and sometimes I feel like something is in my eye. If I press down on my eyelid it irritates my eyes. What do I have?
