Dear doctor,
My daughter is 2 months old. When bright light from torch of mobile is focused on her,she blinks her eyes in response. Also, she closes her eyes when we take her out in bright sunlight. Does it mean her eyes are normal? I am very worried for her as she doesn't focus much on faces at present.

Hi I can fully understand your worry
Being a mom of a baby is a challenge in itself..
THIS problem you have stated is fully normal.. baby starts social smile.. by 2months.. since your baby is just 2 months she may be in phase of focussing now.
Also don't shine torch too many times.. May disturb her.
Yes do talk to baby and bring your face close to hers in 1 feet distance so that she can start seeing you.
