Usually vitreous floaters occur after 50 yrs due to post vitreous detachment (pvd) due to shrinkage of vitreous ,in your age it is uncommon & you must be examined by retina specialist &if he says ,there is nothing to worry ,ignore it because there is no medicine for it,with regards

Floaters are due to vitreous(gel present in posterior segment of eye) condensation
There is no treatment for floaters
These are benign and cannot impair vision
Only way to get rid of this is to avoid them and slowly Brain will learn to avoid it
Consult local opthalmologist when they suddenly increase in number
