Eye pain and swelling
My right eye is paining a lot. There's no redness and the eye doesn't have extra water. There's swelling on the lower lid. A small bulb like formation but can't feel any white liquid inside it

it seems to be stye of lower lid . do hot foamentation  put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and apply moxifloxacin eye oint also .if relieved  then ok otherwise  you will have to use oral  antibiotics and anti inflammatory tab.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of lid infection Try A.warm Compresses B apply antibiotic ointment like moxifloxacin twice daily over lid margins Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
