Every time i consult any doctor then i got my he same reply of weak muscles so i decide to take multivitamins capsules so that my eyes got benefit so plz suggest me some beat medicine of multivitamin and theaae are some minerals available in one capsule is it ok to have this capsule.

Hi, the attached image contains plenty of minerals and vitamins.. Add B complex also..
