Since 2 you are not able to see distant Vision at age the age of28 yrs, there is only one thing coming to my mind, you are suffering from dryness (computer vision syndrome)and you should use lubricating eye drops 5-6 times daily ( Refresh liquigel)& if you don't feel relief ,consult local ophthalmologist for refraction & proper medical advice, with regards
